This pricing is preliminary and requires finalization based on final sizing, materials chosen and digital content requirements.

This includes the entire Brook Methodology from Discovery through to Implementation. Our flexible and collaborative approach has proven to be very helpful in finding the right balance between your vision, needs and budget. Both budget ranges above allow for the development of the design standards and production of the Donor Recognition Naming Signage – final quantities and pricing to be provided in collaboration with the client.
The above budget ranges could be reduced to the $150,000 – $250,000 through simplification of the design, materials, digital integration, and overall scale of the centre. Please refer to our portfolio of inspiration for different design examples.
Depending on budget availability, more aspirational options could be considered to include a combination of both design illustrations, increased utilization of the wall height and additional lighting and digital elements.
