Designing beautiful, creative, and impactful donor recognition to honour your community of donors would be a process orchestrated collaboratively with you. We refer to that process as the design development process.

The information you provided in your RFP was very helpful in coming up with some initial concepts. Our designer has created two conceptual ideas that tie in to your architectural and interior design themes. The system would consist of two major centres. The first centre could be located at the Wall A location next to the foundation office. With major capacity and a digital element, this hybrid architectural/digital centre would be the heart of your system.

The second centre could be located at the B1 wall location across from the quiet seating area. The content and messaging would be easily updateable via our Brook Easy Change System. A natural extension of the first, these two centres would work in concert to encompass all of your donor engagement needs.

In our virtual flythrough and illustrations, we have also shown an optional third centre that could be located at the B2 wall location in the main lobby. We recognize this is a busy area with limited wall space so we have illustrated a more modest digital piece. This could serve as an introduction to the donor engagement and highlight broader philanthropic messaging to both inspire and plant communication seeds. In effect, these three centres would create a pathway of philanthropy.

We put a lot of emphasis on our co-development design process and are very excited to brainstorm further conceptual ideas with your team. Still, we hope these initial illustrations will provide some inspiration for ongoing design discussions to ensure we fully capture your vision.
