**The base annual cost for your digital systems is $1,350.00/year per monitor, applicable taxes extra. Costs include BrightSign software licensing (click here for user and licensing agreement), cloud content hosting, weekly proactive monitoring (to ensure the system is live), availability to BrookGlobal IT support, and the ability to publish and schedule content remotely. Costs may be adjusted to reflect increased costs and inflation.
CMS
The CMS (Content Management System) software which is utilized to schedule and publish your content to the digital system is cloud-based and allows you to manage your digital system remotely. Content is hosted in the cloud and an internal server is not required. BrookGlobal will have access to the individual onsite units which allows us to help with content uploading
CONTENT REFRESH
BrookGlobal has an internal team of designers and can work with you to create meaningful and impactful content, keeping your system relevant and fresh. The above depicts the amount of content development permitted annually.

PROPOSAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
- The following elements are not in scope:
- Structural Modifications to wall location(s)
- Required electrical and data to locations on the wall
- Required electrical to locations for outdoor pillars
- Installation hoarding
- Proposal pricing is valid for 45 days and is in USD.
- Payment terms (45% upon contract signature, 45% upon structural design sign-off, 10% upon installation)
- Final quantities and designs for each of the naming opportunity levels to be finalized as part of the Scope of Work contract creation.
- All applicable taxes are extra
- A scope of work contract would be created following project award
- Pricing is based on a one-time installation
- The timeline shown in this proposal is preliminary and will be finalized in collaboration with the client
