PROJECT

ILLUSTRATIONS & INVESTMENTS

Designing beautiful, creative, and impactful donor recognition to honour your community of donors would be a process orchestrated collaboratively with you. We refer to that process as the design development process.

In this section, we provide a few illustrations to serve as examples of a potential starting point for our collaborative design development process.

ILLUSTRATION FLYTHROUGH & RENDERINGS

ILLUSTRATION

CONCEPT 1

Concept 1 is shown in the flythrough and renderings.

RATIONALE & INSPIRATION

Includes 10 individual standalone units that can be strategically located in prime locations in the courtyard next to the Welcome Centre and along the pathway in front of the hospital. Each unit has two sides/sections with each side/section accommodating 500 donors for a total of 1,000 donors per standalone unit accommodating your needed capacity of 10,000 donor names. This option of individual standalone units creates a pathway of philanthropy.

CONCEPT 2

RATIONALE & INSPIRATION

Includes 3 large-scale individual standalone units that can be clustered together or located separately. This design has a total of 17 sections that will accommodate your 10,000 needed capacity of donor names in a more consolidated manner. This curved design could work well with a seating plan as illustrated (seating not included). This option creates a meaningful destination point and utilizes a translucent effect that does not obstruct views.

MARKETING TO

DONORS & COMMUNITY

Initially, there will be a relatively small quantity of donor names, which leaves a tremendous amount of real estate for engaging messaging and storytelling. We recommend utilizing this space. Our experienced and creative team has some intriguing suggestions around how this system can be used as a proactive outreach to your community. This could include a virtual engagement experience as well as engagement opportunities at each pathway touchpoint. We look forward to meeting with your team to convey these ideas. In the meantime, watch our design concept flythrough for a sneak peek.

PROJECT

INVESTMENT

Project Investment: $350,000, plus applicable taxes

This initial investment includes the full BrookGlobal methodology: Discovery, Strategy, Design, and Implementation. It also includes, the initial installation of 225 to 275 donor names and your spring 2023 update of 150 to 200 additional donor names. We can also provide additional elements or features that you may want to consider beyond this budget. Our commitment to you is to help find the balance between your needs, aspirations, and budget. Here are several factors that can have an impact:

Quantity and configuration of standalone units

Physical size and scale

Materials, finishes, and architectural elements used

The addition of lighting

The complexity of the design

ONGOING

PROJECT FEES

The cost for future updates beyond your spring 2023 update are as follows:

QUANTITY
PRICE
1 (side/panel)
$1800 - $2300
5 (sides/panels)
$4,200 - $4,800
10 (sides/panels)
$7,100 - $7,900

This budget range is based on us taking care of the complete update. A more economical solution may be possible if we can coordinate directly with your facilities team.

As noted above if multiple sections are updated at the same time, then there will be a reduction in price due to the economies of scale.

We are prepared to hold this pricing for 24 months. Beyond this, we will renegotiate reasonable price adjustments to account for inflation.
